लब्धवानीप्सितान्‌ कामानहं वै पाण्डुनन्दन | तथा त्वमपि शर्वाद्धि सर्वान्‌ कामानवाप्स्यसि

Transliteration

labdhavān īpsitān kāmān ahaṃ vai pāṇḍunandana | tathā tvam api śarvād dhi sarvān kāmān avāpsyasi ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „O Sohn des Pāṇḍu, wahrlich, ich erlangte die Wünsche, nach denen ich verlangte. Ebenso wirst auch du von Śarva (Śiva) jede Bitte erfüllt bekommen, denn er gewährt Vollendung.“
