Transliteration

evaṁ sa rājaśārdūla nṛpaḥ śāntanavas tadā

Translation

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „So also, o Tiger unter den Königen, handelte (oder sprach) damals jener Herrscher aus dem Geschlecht Śāntanus entsprechend.“
