Anuśāsana-parva 17

यजुः:पादभुजो गुहा:ः प्रकाशो जड्रमस्तथा । अमोघार्थ: प्रसादश्ष अभिगम्य: सुदर्शन:

yajuḥ-pāda-bhujo guhyaḥ prakāśo jaṅgamas tathā | amoghārthaḥ prasādaś ca abhigamyaḥ sudarśanaḥ ||

Vāyu sprach: „Er, dessen Füße und Arme die Yajurveda sind; dessen Wesen verborgen ist und der sich doch aus Gnade seinen Verehrern offenbart; der unter den Wesen wandelt; dessen Vorhaben niemals fehlschlägt—indem er gewährt, worum rechtens gebeten wird; der aus Mitgefühl schnell zufrieden ist; der leicht zugänglich ist; und dessen Anblick schön zu schauen ist.“
