sadaiva bharataśreṣṭha mā te 'bhūd atra saṁśayaḥ | andho jaḍa ivāśaṅkī yad bravīmi tad ācara ||
Bhishma sprach: „O Bester der Bharatas, lass hierin niemals Zweifel in dir aufkommen. Was immer ich dir sage, nimm es ohne Argwohn an—wie ein Blinder oder ein Stummer—und handle danach.“
भीष्म उवाच
