मृगनिर्मोकवसनाश्चलीरवल्कलवासस: । निर्दन्द्धा:सत्पथं प्राप्ता वालखिल्यास्तपोधना:

Transliteration

mṛga-nirmoka-vasanāś ca cīra-valkala-vāsasaḥ | nirdvandvāḥ satpathaṃ prāptā vālakhilyās tapodhanāḥ ||

Translation

Maheshvara sprach: „Gekleidet in abgelegte Hirschhaut und nur in Lumpen und Rindenstoff, haben die Vālakhilya-Weisen—frei von den Gegensatzpaaren wie Hitze und Kälte—den wahren Pfad erlangt. Reich sind sie nicht an Besitz, sondern am Reichtum der Askese.“
