Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)
ततो वितिमिरो लोक: क्षणेन समपद्यत | ज्वाला च महती दीप्ता ललाटात् तस्य नि:सृता,तदनन्तर क्षणभरमें सारे जगत्का अन्धकार दूर हो गया। भगवान् शिवके ललाटसे अत्यन्त दीप्तिशालिनी महाज्वाला प्रकट हो गयी
tato vitimiro lokaḥ kṣaṇena samapadyata | jvālā ca mahatī dīptā lalāṭāt tasya niḥsṛtā |
Daraufhin wurde die Welt in einem Augenblick von der Finsternis befreit. Unmittelbar danach brach aus seiner Stirn, der Śivas, eine gewaltige Flamme hervor—glänzend und überwältigend—, die das Dunkel vertrieb und die göttliche Macht offenbarte, welche Ordnung und Klarheit wiederherstellt.
