ततो&5हमन्रुवं बाल्याज्जननीमात्मनस्तथा । क्षीरोदनसमायुक्त भोजन हि प्रयच्छ मे,तब मैंने बालस्वभाववश अपनी मातासे कहा--“माँ! मुझे खानेके लिये दूध-भात दो”
tato ’ham anruvaṃ bālyāj jananīm ātmanaḥ tathā | kṣīrodanasamāyuktaṃ bhojanaṃ hi prayaccha me ||
Da sprach ich, aus kindlicher Unbesonnenheit, zu meiner eigenen Mutter: „Mutter, gib mir zu essen — Reis, mit Milch vermengt.“
