तथेति सा यदा तूक्ता तदा भरतसत्तम | प्रहर्षमतुलं लेभे प्राप्य तं पार्थिवोत्तमम्‌,भरतश्रेष्ठ] उस समय बहुत अच्छा कहकर राजाने जब उसकी शर्त मान ली, तब उन नृपश्रेष्ठको पतिरूपमें प्राप्त करके उस देवीको अनुपम आनन्द मिला

tatheti sā yadā tūktā tadā bharatasattama | praharṣam atulaṃ lebhe prāpya taṃ pārthivottamam ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Als sie so geredet hatte, nahm der Beste der Bharatas ihre Bedingung mit den Worten „So sei es“ an. Da empfand jene Dame unvergleichliche Freude, als sie diesen erhabensten König zum Gemahl gewann.
