अध्याय ९५: चित्राङ्गदस्य गन्धर्वेण सह संग्रामः तथा विचित्रवीर्यस्य राज्याभिषेकः
Chitrāṅgada’s duel with the Gandharva and Vicitravīrya’s consecration
ततः पुत्रिणमात्मान ज्ञात्वा पौरवनन्दन: । भुमन्युं भरतश्रेष्ठ यौवराज्ये5भ्यषेचयत्,भरतश्रेष्ठ) तदनन्तर पौरवकुलका आनन्द बढ़ानेवाले भरतने अपनेको पुत्रवान् समझकर भुमन्युको युवराजके पदपर अभिषिक्त किया
tataḥ putriṇam ātmānaṃ jñātvā pauravanandanaḥ | bhūmanyuṃ bharataśreṣṭha yauvarājye 'bhiṣecayat ||
Dann, da er sich als mit einem Sohn gesegnet erkannte, weihte Bharata — der Beste der Bharatas, die Freude des Paurava-Geschlechts — Bhūmanyu zum Yuvarāja, zum Thronerben.
