दर्शनादेव हि शुभे त्वया मेडपहतं मन: । इच्छामि त्वामहं ज्ञातुं तन्ममाचक्ष्य शोभने,'शुभे! तुमने दर्शनमात्रसे मेरे मनको हर लिया है। कल्याणि! मैं तुम्हारा परिचय जानना चाहता हूँ, अतः मुझे सब कुछ ठीक-ठीक बताओ

darśanād eva hi śubhe tvayā meḍapahataṃ manaḥ | icchāmi tvām ahaṃ jñātuṃ tan mamācakṣva śobhane ||

„O Glückverheißende, schon beim bloßen Anblick von dir ist mein Sinn fortgerissen worden. O Strahlende, ich wünsche zu wissen, wer du bist; darum sage mir die Wahrheit über dich klar und deutlich.“
