King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
आश्चर्यभूतं तद् गत्वा राज्ञेडथ प्रत्यवेदयन् काये मत्स्या इमौ राजन् सम्भूतौ मानुषाविति,यह आश्चर्यजनक घटना देखकर मछेरोंने राजाके पास जाकर निवेदन किया --“महाराज! मछलीके पेटसे ये दो मनुष्य बालक उत्पन्न हुए हैं!
Vaiśampāyana uvāca— āścaryabhūtaṃ tad gatvā rājñe ’tha pratyavedayan: “kāye matsyā imau rājan sambhūtau mānuṣāv” iti.
Vaiśampāyana sprach: Als sie dieses wunderbare Geschehen sahen, gingen die Fischer zum König und meldeten: „O König, aus dem Leib (Bauch) eines Fisches sind diese zwei Menschenkinder hervorgekommen!“
