सम्पूजितो मघवता वसुश्नैदी श्वरो नृप: । पालयामास धर्मेण चेदिस्थ: पृथिवीमिमाम्‌,इन्द्रके द्वारा उपर्युक्त रूपसे सम्मानित चेदिराज वसुने चेदिदेशमें ही रहकर इस पृथ्वीका धर्मपूर्वक पालन किया

Transliteration

sampūjito maghavatā vasuśnaidīśvaro nṛpaḥ | pālayāmāsa dharmeṇa cedisthaḥ pṛthivīm imām ||

Translation

Von Maghavat (Indra) mit gebührender Ehrfurcht geehrt, blieb der König—Herr der Vasus und aus der Śnaidi-Linie—in Cedi und regierte diese Erde nach dem Dharma, indem er durch gerechte Herrschaft die rechte Ordnung wahrte.
