वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights disciplined readiness and faithful execution of a rightful instruction: service is shown not merely by intention but by timely preparation, orderliness, and ensuring proper hospitality before an important act.
On Kṛṣṇa’s prior instruction, attendants arrive in advance, decorate the mountain, and arrange food there, setting the place and provisions in readiness for what is to follow.
