बकवधोत्तर-प्रशमनम् | Post-slaying Stabilization after Baka’s Death
गच्छ जानीहि के त्वेते शेरते वनमाश्रिता: । मानुषो बलवान गन्धो पघ्राणं तर्पपतीव मे,“बहिन! जाओ, पता तो लगाओ, ये कौन इस वनमें आकर सो रहे हैं? मनुष्यकी तीव्र गन्ध आज मेरी नासिकाको मानो तृप्त किये देती है
gaccha jānīhi ke tv ete śerate vanam āśritāḥ | mānuṣo balavān gandho ghrāṇaṃ tarpayatīva me ||
Vaiśampāyana said: “Go and find out who these are, lying asleep here after taking refuge in the forest. A strong human scent reaches me, as though it were gratifying my sense of smell.”
