Transliteration

droṇa uvāca: kāryaṃ me kāṅkṣitaṃ kiñcid hṛdi samparivartate | kṛtāstrais tat pradeyaṃ me tad etad vadatānaghāḥ ||

Translation

Droṇa sprach: „O schuldlose Fürsten, ein Vorhaben, das ich begehre, wälzt sich unablässig in meinem Herzen. Nachdem ihr die Waffen vollkommen gemeistert habt, müsst ihr mir diese Bitte gewähren. Sagt mir: Was denkt ihr darüber?“
