Āstravidyā-Pradarśana: The Kuru Princes’ Public Demonstration of Arms (आस्त्रविद्या-प्रदर्शनम्)

तव व्विदं मतं मत्वा प्रयतिष्याम्यतः परम्‌ | मन्ये ध्रुवं मयोक्ता सा वचन प्रतिपत्स्यते,परंतु आज इस विषयमें तुम्हारी सम्मति जानकर अब मैं इसके लिये प्रयत्न करूँगा। मुझे विश्वास है, मेरे कहनेपर कुन्तीदेवी निश्चय ही मेरी बात मान लेंगी

tava vvidaṃ mataṃ matvā prayatiṣyāmy ataḥ param | manye dhruvaṃ mayoktā sā vacanaṃ pratipatsyate ||

„Da ich nun deine wohlüberlegte Meinung erkannt habe, will ich von jetzt an umso eifriger danach streben. Ich bin gewiss: Wenn ich spreche, wird Kuntī Devī meine Worte gewiss annehmen — sie wird einwilligen.“
