Shloka 122

ध्यानयज्ञः, संसार-विष-निरूपणम्, पाशुपतयोगः, परा-अपरा विद्या, चतुर्वस्था-विचारः (अध्यायः ८६)

पीतं रक्तं सितं विद्युत् कोटिकोटिसमप्रभम् अथवा ब्रह्मरन्ध्रस्थं चित्तं कृत्वा प्रयत्नतः

pītaṃ raktaṃ sitaṃ vidyut koṭikoṭisamaprabham athavā brahmarandhrasthaṃ cittaṃ kṛtvā prayatnataḥ

Mit disziplinierter Anstrengung soll man den Geist auf das innere Leuchten richten — gelb, rot oder weiß — strahlend wie der Glanz von Millionen und Abermillionen Blitzen; oder das Bewusstsein im Brahmarandhra, der Brahma-Öffnung am Scheitel, verankern. Durch diese yogische Einspitzigkeit wird der paśu (gebundene Seele) zu Pati, dem Herrn Śiva, hingeführt.
