चत्वारिंशत्समावृत्ति प्राणानायम्य संस्मरेत् पञ्चाक्षरस्य मन्त्रस्य प्राणायाम उदाहृतः
catvāriṃśatsamāvṛtti prāṇānāyamya saṃsmaret pañcākṣarasya mantrasya prāṇāyāma udāhṛtaḥ
