वासिष्ठकथनम् (आदित्य–सोमवंशवर्णनम् तथा रुद्रसहस्रनाम-प्रशंसा)

लिङ्गाध्यक्षः सुराध्यक्षः कालाध्यक्षो युगावहः बीजाध्यक्षो बीजकर्ता अध्यात्मानुगतो बलः

liṅgādhyakṣaḥ surādhyakṣaḥ kālādhyakṣo yugāvahaḥ bījādhyakṣo bījakartā adhyātmānugato balaḥ

Er ist der Herr des Liṅga, der Herr der Devas, der Herr der Zeit und der Träger der Yugas. Er ist der Herr der bīja (Saat) und der Schöpfer der Saat selbst; Er ist bala, die Kraft, die dem inneren Selbst folgt—der Pati, der alles von innen her lenkt.
