FAQs

It frames Linga-centered Shaiva practice as safeguarded by an authentic yogic lineage: the supreme yogins and Shiva’s own emanated “sons” preserve and transmit the path, ensuring right worship and right yoga across the yugas.

Shiva is implied as Pati—the Lord who is the source and governor of spiritual lineages—manifesting guidance through His “sons” (disciplic extensions). This expresses Shiva-tattva as sovereign grace (anugraha) operating in time for the liberation of the pashu.

The emphasis is on Pashupata-oriented yogic succession: exemplary yogins like Jaigīṣavya embody disciplined yoga, and Shiva’s lineage-bearers arise in each age to uphold the doctrine and its observances.
