Shiva (as Pati, the Lord who re-manifests at cosmic transitions)
It frames Shiva as the timeless Pati who re-manifests at yuga-end and yuga-beginning—supporting Linga worship as devotion to the eternal source behind recurring creation, not merely a deity within time.
Shiva-tattva is presented as sovereign over cosmic cycles: He is not bound as a pashu by yugas, but freely manifests to restart order (yuga-pravṛtti), indicating transcendence over time and pralaya.
The implied practice is Pashupata-bhakti and steadiness in Linga-upasana through all phases of time—maintaining worship and yogic orientation to Pati as the stable refuge when yugas turn.
