ब्रह्मनारायणस्तवः — शिवस्य प्रभवत्व-प्रतिपादनम्

बृहद्रथो भीमकर्मा बृहत्कीर्तिर् धनञ्जयः घण्टाप्रियो ध्वजी छत्त्री पिनाकी ध्वजिनीपतिः

Transliteration

bṛhadratho bhīmakarmā bṛhatkīrtir dhanañjayaḥ ghaṇṭāpriyo dhvajī chattrī pinākī dhvajinīpatiḥ

Translation

Er ist Bṛhadratha, der große Wagenlenker; seine Taten sind ehrfurchtgebietend; sein Ruhm ist weit; Dhanañjaya, Bezwinger von Reichtum und Feinden. Er liebt die heilige Glocke; er trägt das Banner; er ist der königliche Schirm selbst; er führt den Pināka; und er ist Herr der Scharen und Heere—Pati, der Souverän, der alle Kräfte anführt.
