An exposition on the fruits of charity and on entry into a body

Garbhotpatti, Piṇḍa-śarīra, and Antya-kāla-kriyā

दशप्राणगुणोपेतं यो जानाति स योगवित् / मज्जास्थिशुक्रमांसानि रोम रक्तं बलं तथा

daśaprāṇaguṇopetaṃ yo jānāti sa yogavit / majjāsthiśukramāṃsāni roma raktaṃ balaṃ tathā

Wer (den Körper) als mit den Eigenschaften der zehn prāṇas (Lebenswinde) ausgestattet erkennt, ist wahrlich ein Kenner des Yoga; er kennt auch seine Bestandteile — Mark, Knochen, Samen, Fleisch, Haar/Behaarung, Blut und ebenso die Kraft.
