Entry into Yama’s Abode; Nature, Causes, and Signs of the Preta-State

कृतादौ द्वापरान्ते च न प्रेतो नैव पीडनम् / बहूनामेकजातानामेकः सौख्यं समश्नुते

kṛtādau dvāparānte ca na preto naiva pīḍanam / bahūnāmekajātānāmekaḥ saukhyaṃ samaśnute

Zu Beginn des Kṛta-(Satya-)Zeitalters und am Ende des Dvāpara-Zeitalters gibt es weder den Zustand eines Preta noch Qual. Unter vielen, die in derselben Daseinsklasse geboren werden, erlangt und genießt nur einer das Glück.
