Transliteration

garuḍa uvāca / svāminkenāpi te dṛṣṭā āgatāḥ pitaro dvija / lokādamuṣmādāgatya bhuñjanto bhuvi mānada

Translation

Garuḍa sprach: „O Herr, o Dvija (Zweimalgeborener), hat je jemand gesehen, dass jene Pitṛs hierher kommen? Kommen sie aus jener anderen Welt und nehmen auf Erden die Opfergaben zu sich, o Spender der Ehre?“
