Viṣṇv-ekapūjya-nirṇaya; Gaṅgā-Viṣṇupadī-māhātmya; Kali-yuga doṣa; Puṣkara-dharma of Viṣṇu-smaraṇa

अपोशनस्य काले तु वायोरन्तर्गतं हरिम् / बस्त्रधारणकाकाले तु उपेन्द्रं संस्मरेद्धरिम्

apośanasya kāle tu vāyorantargataṃ harim / bastradhāraṇakākāle tu upendraṃ saṃsmareddharim

Zur Zeit der Reinigung nach der Ausscheidung soll man Hari gedenken, der im Vāyu, dem Lebenswind, innerlich weilt. Und beim Anlegen der Kleidung soll man Hari als Upendra vergegenwärtigen.
