Veṅkaṭācala Māhātmya: Bhakti-Lakṣaṇa, Nārasiṁha-tīrtha, and the Secret Darśana-Vidhi of Śrīnivāsa

पश्चिमे माधवायाथ तथा कृष्णाय वै नमः / बुद्धाय च नमस्कुर्याद्वायव्ये कन्यके शुभे

paścime mādhavāyātha tathā kṛṣṇāya vai namaḥ / buddhāya ca namaskuryādvāyavye kanyake śubhe

In westlicher Richtung soll man Mādhava verehren und ebenso Kṛṣṇa ehrerbietig grüßen. Im Nordwesten (vāyavya) soll man auch Buddha huldigen, o glückverheißende Jungfrau.
