पर्यङ्करूपेण वभूव देवी वासस्वरूपेण रमा विरेजे / सर्वं रमा सैव तदैव चासीत्सैका देवी बहुरूपा बभाषे

paryaṅkarūpeṇa vabhūva devī vāsasvarūpeṇa ramā vireje / sarvaṃ ramā saiva tadaiva cāsītsaikā devī bahurūpā babhāṣe

Die Göttin wurde zur Gestalt einer Lagerstatt, und Ramā (Lakṣmī) erglänzte in der Gestalt von Gewändern. Wahrlich, in jener Zeit war alles Ramā allein—eine einzige Göttin, doch vielgestaltig, die sich offenbarte und sprach.
