Upanayana Timing, Brahmacarya Rules, Ācamana & Sandhyā Observance

ततो ऽभिवादयेद्वृद्वानसावहमिति ब्रुवन् / गुरुं चैवाप्युपासीत स्वाध्यायार्थं समाहितः

tato 'bhivādayedvṛdvānasāvahamiti bruvan / guruṃ caivāpyupāsīta svādhyāyārthaṃ samāhitaḥ

Dann soll er in Demut die ehrerbietige Begrüßung (abhivādana) darbringen und sprechen: „Dies bin ich.“ Und er soll auch dem Guru mit gesammeltem Geist dienen, um des svādhyāya willen, des heiligen Studiums.
