मध्येन्दुपाण्डुरमतीव विशुद्धवर्णं तच्चेन्द्रनीलसदृशं पटलं तुले स्यात् / सैश्वर्यभृत्यजननं कथितं तदैव पक्रञ्च तत्किल भवेत्सुरवज्रवर्णम्

madhyendupāṇḍuramatīva viśuddhavarṇaṃ taccendranīlasadṛśaṃ paṭalaṃ tule syāt / saiśvaryabhṛtyajananaṃ kathitaṃ tadaiva pakrañca tatkila bhavetsuravajravarṇam

Wenn ein Häutchen (paṭala) erscheint, von überaus reiner Farbe, bleich wie der Mond in der Mitte des Himmels, so wird es nach dem Abwägen der Zeichen dem Indranīla, dem Saphir, gleich. Man sagt, es sei Ursache von Wohlstand und Gefolge; und ferner wird eben dieser Zustand als von der Farbe des Vajra, des Donnerkeils der Götter, verkündet.
