Related Themes: Garuda Purana 1.5.35-37 (setup, insult, rebirth); Garuda Purana 1.6.1 (Dhruva lineage referenced in the curse)
This verse frames human embodiment as a karmic consequence within cosmic order—rebirth into humanity can arise from divine censure tied to ritual and conduct.
It implies continuity across births: actions (and their moral-ritual implications) can redirect one’s future embodiment, here specifically into a human lineage (Dhruva’s line).
Treat ritual, duty, and ethical conduct as consequential—choices shape future outcomes, reinforcing responsibility (dharma) in personal and communal life.
