Prāsāda-Lakṣaṇa: Temple Proportions, Śikhara Ratios, Liṅga–Pīṭha Measures, and Auspicious Ground-Plans

भागमेकं गृहीत्वा तु निर्गमं क्लपयेत्पुनः / गर्भसूत्रसमो भागादग्रतो मुखमण्डपः

bhāgamekaṃ gṛhītvā tu nirgamaṃ klapayetpunaḥ / garbhasūtrasamo bhāgādagrato mukhamaṇḍapaḥ

Nimmt man einen Teil (bhāga), so soll man erneut den nirgama (Vorsprung/Ausgang) anlegen. Aus diesem Teil — gleich der garbha-sūtra-Linie — ist vorn die mukha-maṇḍapa, die nach vorn gerichtete Eingangshalle, abzustecken.
