FAQs

This verse highlights Garuda’s intimate role as Vishnu’s vehicle and protector, emphasizing divine service (seva) as a source of power and the capacity to remove bondage.

Indirectly, it frames liberation as release from bondage; the broader Garuda Purana uses such motifs to point to refuge in the divine as the means to overcome constraints that bind beings.

Cultivate disciplined service and devotion while using one’s strength and knowledge to protect others—service aligned with dharma becomes a path toward inner freedom.
