Treatment of Nāḍī-vraṇa, Bhagandara, Upadaṃśa, Fractures, Kuṣṭha/Śvitra, Āmlapitta, ENT–Eye Disorders, and Bleeding Conditions

कषायो मधुना पीतो वातहृन्मदनान्वितः / विरेचनं प्रयोक्तव्यं त्रिवृत्कर्णफलत्रिकैः

kaṣāyo madhunā pīto vātahṛnmadanānvitaḥ / virecanaṃ prayoktavyaṃ trivṛtkarṇaphalatrikaiḥ

Man gebe einen Sud, mit Honig eingenommen, verbunden mit dem vāta-besänftigenden Mittel (vāta-hṛt) und mit madana; und es ist die Abführreinigung (virecana) anzuwenden mit trivṛt zusammen mit karṇaphala und den drei Früchten, Triphalā.
