सगुडं दधि वातघ्नं सक्तवो रूक्षवातुलाः / घृतपूर्णो ऽग्निकारी स्याद्वृष्या गुर्वो च शष्कुली

saguḍaṃ dadhi vātaghnaṃ saktavo rūkṣavātulāḥ / ghṛtapūrṇo 'gnikārī syādvṛṣyā gurvo ca śaṣkulī

Dadhi (Sauermilch/Quark) mit Jaggery genommen besänftigt Vāta, während Saktu (geröstetes Mehl) trocken ist und Vāta eher steigert. Śaṣkulī, ein in Ghee gefüllter frittierter Kuchen, entfacht das Verdauungsfeuer, wirkt vṛṣya (aphrodisisch) und ist schwer verdaulich.
