Anupāna and the Doṣa-Effects of Foods, Waters, Dairy, Oils, and Preparations

पक्वाम्रं वातकृन्मांसशुक्रवर्णबलप्रदम् / वातघ्नं कफपित्तघ्नं ग्राहि विष्टम्भि जाम्बवम्

Reife Mango (pakvāmra) vermehrt Vāta, doch sie fördert Fleisch, Śukra (Samenkraft), Teint und Stärke. Jāmbava (Jambu-/Rosenapfelfrucht) besänftigt Vāta und lindert auch Kapha und Pitta; sie ist zusammenziehend und bindend und kann Verstopfung sowie Darmverlegung verursachen.
