FAQs

This verse links cleanliness and proper purification with bodily well-being, implying that neglect of śuddhi supports long-lasting illness such as fever.

It attributes chronic fever to impurity and faulty habits—especially wrong diet—made worse in weak, emaciated, and already diseased persons.

Maintain hygiene and disciplined food habits; avoid harmful dietary routines and lifestyle patterns that aggravate weakness and prolong illness.
