लमित्यनेन बीजेन प्लावयेत्सचराचरम् / वमित्यनेन बीजेन चिन्तयेदमृतं ततः
lamityanena bījena plāvayetsacarācaram / vamityanena bījena cintayedamṛtaṃ tataḥ
Mit der Samen-Silbe «lam» soll man die ganze Welt, das Bewegliche wie das Unbewegliche, überfluten (durchdringen). Dann soll man mit der Samen-Silbe «vam» über amṛta, den Nektar der Unsterblichkeit, meditieren.
