यज्ञवास्तुगतं सर्वमुच्छिष्टमृषय: क्‍वचित् । चक्रुर्हि भागं रुद्राय स देव: सर्वमर्हति ॥ ८ ॥

Transliteration

yajña-vāstu-gataṁ sarvam ucchiṣṭam ṛṣayaḥ kvacit cakrur hi bhāgaṁ rudrāya sa devaḥ sarvam arhati

Translation

Der Vater sagte: Alles, was in der Opferstätte übrig bleibt, haben die ṛṣis als Anteil Rudra-devas (Śivas) bestimmt. Dieser Gott ist alles würdig; daher gehört gewiss alles in der Opferarena Rudra.
