Transliteration

namo brahmaṇya-devāya rāmāyākuṇṭha-medhase uttamaśloka-dhuryāya nyasta-daṇḍārpitāṅghraye

Translation

Ehrerbietung dem Brahmaṇya-deva, Śrī Rāma, dessen Geist niemals durch Sorge getrübt wird. Du bist der Erste unter den durch erhabene Hymnen Gepriesenen; die Weisen, jenseits der Zuständigkeit von Strafe, legen ihren Stab nieder und verehren Deine Lotosfüße. Dir bringen wir unsere Verneigung dar.
