Arcana-vidhi: The Method of Deity Worship
Vedic, Tantric, and Mixed
This verse instructs that the remnants given by the Lord should be received with honor—specifically placed on one’s head—showing humility and devotion toward sanctified offerings.
It indicates that when concluding the invoked Deity worship, the worshiper meditatively merges the invoked divine effulgence (jyotiḥ) back into the Supreme Light (jyotiṣi), maintaining reverence and spiritual focus.
Treat prasāda as sacred by receiving it respectfully, and end any worship or prayer with mindful closure—offering the results back to the Lord and returning the mind to His supreme presence.
