Arjuna Marries Subhadrā; Kṛṣṇa Honors Two Devotees in Mithilā (Śrutadeva and Bahulāśva)
तत्र तत्र तमायान्तं पौरा जानपदा नृप । उपतस्थु: सार्घ्यहस्ता ग्रहै: सूर्यमिवोदितम् ॥ १९ ॥
tatra tatra tam āyāntaṁ paurā jānapadā nṛpa upatasthuḥ sārghya-hastā grahaiḥ sūryam ivoditam
O König, in jeder Stadt und jedem Dorf, das der Herr auf seinem Weg passierte, traten die Menschen hervor, um Ihn mit Arghya-Wasser in den Händen zu verehren, wie man die aufgehende Sonne verehrt, umgeben von den Planeten.
Here the sages traveling with Kṛṣṇa on His chariot are likened to planets around the sun.
