According to Śrīla Śrīdhara Svāmī and Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī, Lord Kṛṣṇa implies the following idea in this verse: “If you know that I am the Supreme Lord, there should be no question of your suffering any separation from Me, since I pervade all existence. Your unhappiness must be due to a lack of discrimination. Therefore please take this instruction from Me, which will remove your ignorance.

FAQs

In this verse, Kṛṣṇa declares that He is the origin and end of all beings and that He exists both within and outside everything, pervading creation like the material elements.

During the Kurukṣetra meeting, Kṛṣṇa reveals deeper tattva to help His devotees understand His supreme, all-pervading nature beyond ordinary physical proximity.

By remembering that the Lord is present within every heart and throughout the world, one can cultivate reverence, reduce envy, and practice steady devotion in all circumstances.
