Kṛṣṇa Teases Rukmiṇī; Her Devotional Reply and the Lord’s Assurance
त्वत्पादपद्ममकरन्दजुषां मुनीनां वर्त्मास्फुटं नृपशुभिर्ननु दुर्विभाव्यम् । यस्मादलौकिकमिवेहितमीश्वरस्य भूमंस्तवेहितमथो अनु ये भवन्तम् ॥ ३६ ॥
tvat-pāda-padma-makaranda-juṣāṁ munīnāṁ vartmāsphuṭaṁ nr-paśubhir nanu durvibhāvyam yasmād alaukikam ivehitam īśvarasya bhūmaṁs tavehitam atho anu ye bhavantam
O allmächtiger Herr, selbst für die Weisen, die den Honig Deiner Lotosfüße kosten, bleibt der Pfad Deiner Bewegungen undeutlich; um wie viel mehr ist er für Menschen, die sich wie Tiere verhalten, unbegreiflich. Und wie Deine Handlungen transzendental sind, o Īśvara, so sind es auch die Handlungen Deiner Anhänger.
