Pradyumna’s Abduction, Mahā-māyā, and the Slaying of Śambara

Ein kräftiger Fisch verschlang ihn. Dieser Fisch wurde zusammen mit anderen in einem großen Netz umschlossen und von Fischern gefangen.
This verse illustrates divine arrangement: even after being swallowed by a powerful fish, the situation turns toward rescue when the fish is caught—showing how the Lord’s providence can reverse danger into deliverance.
In the narrative of Canto 10, Chapter 55, the infant Pradyumna is cast into the sea and is swallowed by a fish; the verse then describes how that very fish is caught, setting the stage for Pradyumna’s eventual recovery.
Even when circumstances feel overwhelming, unexpected turns can open a path to safety; the Bhagavatam encourages steadiness and faith that higher order can operate beyond immediate appearances.
