Pradyumna’s Abduction, Mahā-māyā, and the Slaying of Śambara
तामापतन्तीं भगवान् प्रद्युम्नो गदया गदाम् । अपास्य शत्रवे क्रुद्ध: प्राहिणोत् स्वगदां नृप ॥ २० ॥
tām āpatantīṁ bhagavān pradyumno gadayā gadām apāsya śatrave kruddhaḥ prāhiṇot sva-gadāṁ nṛpa
O König, als Śambaras Keule auf Ihn zuflog, schlug der Herr Pradyumna sie mit seiner eigenen Keule beiseite; dann warf er zornentbrannt seine Keule auf den Feind.
