Kṛṣṇa Slays Kuvalayāpīḍa and Enters Kaṁsa’s Wrestling Arena
जनेष्वेवं ब्रुवाणेषु तूर्येषु निनदत्सु च । कृष्णरामौ समाभाष्य चाणूरो वाक्यमब्रवीत् ॥ ३१ ॥
janeṣv evaṁ bruvāṇeṣu tūryeṣu ninadatsu ca kṛṣṇa-rāmau samābhāṣya cāṇūro vākyam abravīt
Während die Menschen so redeten und die Instrumente widerhallten, wandte sich der Ringer Cāṇūra an Kṛṣṇa und Balarāma und sprach folgende Worte.
Cāṇūra could not tolerate that the audience was praising Kṛṣṇa so highly. Therefore he had to say something to the two brothers.
