Trivakrā’s Transformation and the Breaking of Kaṁsa’s Bow
Mathurā-līlā Prelude
This verse says Kṛṣṇa showed the ‘fruit of darśana’ by deciding to remove Kubjā’s deformity—illustrating that His audience brings tangible grace and upliftment.
Kṛṣṇa was pleased with her disposition and service, and He chose to bless her by making her straight—revealing His compassion and the rewarding power of His presence.
By seeking sincere darśana through devotion—hearing, chanting, and remembering Kṛṣṇa—one can experience inner rectification: habits, character, and suffering gradually become ‘straightened’ by divine mercy.
