The Killing of Ariṣṭāsura and Kaṁsa’s Plot to Summon Kṛṣṇa
Thus end the purports of the humble servants of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda to the Tenth Canto, Thirty-sixth Chapter, of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, entitled “The Slaying of Ariṣṭā, the Bull Demon.”
This verse shows Kaṁsa finalizing his order to Akrūra and then withdrawing to his residence—marking the decisive step in Kaṁsa’s plan to bring Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma to Mathurā.
After issuing the key command, Kaṁsa ends the council and returns home, indicating the plan is set in motion and no further deliberation is needed at that moment.
Even in political maneuvering and worldly urgency, events move under divine arrangement; devotees can remember that Kṛṣṇa’s līlā unfolds inevitably, and remain steady in faith amid external schemes.
