Sage Parāśara (teaching Maitreya)
This verse identifies the three Vedas as a direct emanation of Vishnu, portraying Vedic revelation as divine power rather than merely human scripture.
Parāśara states that Vishnu’s śakti in the form of the Trayī continually establishes His presence in the Sun, making the solar realm a constant locus of divine manifestation.
Vishnu is presented as the Supreme Reality whose power becomes the Vedas and whose sovereignty is expressed through cosmic order—here symbolized by the ever-present Sun.
